"Tracking really needs to be clearer"
My order went through fine and the package did show up, but the tracking was confusing. I kept checking it over and over, and it either didn’t update or didn’t really tell me much. I wasn’t sure where my package was most of the time, which got annoying. The order itself was okay, but the tracking could definitely be clearer, because I had to keep checking and still felt like I didn’t know what was going on.

The site was straightforward to get around, and checkout didn’t take long at all. I found what I was looking for fairly quickly, which was nice. A few pages could’ve loaded a little faster, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Nice at first glance, but a little disappointing up close"
I ordered a saint statue and a small figurine, i was excited when they arrived. From a distance they look nice and have a decent presence, so I was happy at first. But then I looked closer and felt a bit let down because some of the paint details were messy. They’re not terrible or anything, and I’ll still keep them, but I did expect the quality to be a little better.

I found a few Catholic items I was looking for, so that was nice, but some of the things I wanted were out of stock or had barely any options left. Maybe I just happened to browse at a bad time, I’m not sure. Ordering was easy enough and I didn’t have any real issues there, but I do wish the inventory felt a little more up to date. Overall it wasn’t bad, just a bit frustrating.

Checkout was “pretty easy” overall, and I was able to get my order placed without any real issues. The free shipping showed up like it was supposed to, which was nice.
The only thing was that the pages felt a bit slow, and I caught myself checking my cart a couple times just to make sure everything was right. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as “smooth” as it could’ve been.

I ordered a rosary thinking it would be a bit bigger based on the pictures, but the beads are actually really tiny. The description didn’t really make that clear, so I was a little disappointed when it showed up. I tried asking about it, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more annoying. It’s still okay, just not what I thought I was buying.

It looks authentic to me, so I don’t have any major complaints about the item itself. I just wish there was an actual person to talk to at some point. Everything felt automated, and it’s annoying when you have a question and can’t get any real human contact.

My order showed up packed really well... nothing was bent, scratched, or messed up at all. The box felt sturdy too, which was nice. I was a little worried because a few of the items were small, but everything was wrapped nicely and stayed in place. happy with it!
